I have just tested this on newly upgraded Mac OS Catalina 10.15.2. Previous version of Citrix Workspace App did not work any better on Apple's lates MacOS, so I guess it is the new Citrix Workspace App that will solve the problem in this thread on all supported platforms (Mac OS 10.13, 10.14, 10.15). Instructions
For Receiver for Mac 12.0 and later versions, only secure (HTTPS) stores are allowed by default.
The following procedure describes how to bypass this limitation in order to use non-secure (HTTP) stores in test environments.

- Open Terminal on your machine by using Launchpad or typing Terminal in Spotlight Search.
- Run following command within Terminal:
defaults write com.citrix.AuthManager ConnectionSecurityMode –string Any - Restart the 'Citrix Receiver Authentication' process using /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor or you can restart the machine.
- You will now be able to add non-secure (HTTP) stores to Receiver for Mac.
